Human is an image of a person that is woven out of thread. It incorporates ideals and qualities that would ideally be part of the nurturance and education of a young person as they grow to maturity. The symbols starting clockwise from the top represent 1) creativity/inspiration/ideology 2) peace/diversity 3) balance/respect for extinction/preservation 4) caring/love 5) vision/insight 6) community/diversity 7) literal and non conventional signs/sensitivity to disabilities 8) literal and non conventional listening/hearing 9) recycling/preservation of the earth 10) Yin Yang symbol which represents the primal opposing but complementary forces found in all things in the universe. It outlines the necessity of balance in all things. The symbols are connected to a thread which is then woven into the heart center of the human figure.
